Website and Monday 10am weekly zoom guided meditation

Goldmindmeditation.com is live  This is a major upgrade for my work: Teaching the ongoing and growing FRESH START Beginning for yourself via Mindfulness presencing focus in meditation.

Go to the website. Just the basics are up now and that is fine. Just what you need to begin.

I will not overload you with all the Theravada teachings from the past 2600 years, that’s not my job.

That is already out there.  Portlandinsight.org and access to insight.org will do that. My website is to bring basic and introduction of practice to you fellow survivors of brain injury and family and caretakers!

Gold Mind Meditation Project Statement, summer 2020

Here is the core stand of my Gold Mind Meditation Project. With conscious breath we can access in sitting meditation, Our BEING IS NOT BROKEN, we are whole and complete, right now!
In this life I have gotten a TBI (43 years ago). MY CONTRIBUTION is to now teach Awakening Mindfulness Meditation to fellow survivors of brain injury (and aging), so they can Awaken, discarding unuseful beliefs and programming  (spare baggage) from the past. Living fully and happily in this present moment -ALIVE NOW!

New Era!

First, sweep this body, relax it ALL,
Then, quit this Mind, return to breathing.

Next open heart , see what will be.

Envision and embody that intentionally.

Heal, then move on in love.

You can register by paying at the first class, no one will be turned away for lack of funds and you can talk with me confidentially about scholarship.

First class at BIC-NW (Room 220) is Sept. 26 at 2:00 - 3:30. Optionally you can arrive as early as 12:30 for Coffee/Tea chat before class. The six classes will be every Tuesday till Oct. 31, 2:00 - 3:30.

Happy to see you there!

I -Dentity

A human being is a part of the whole called by us "universe", a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.
