Website and Monday 10am weekly zoom guided meditation

 Goldmindmeditation.com is live  This is a major upgrade for my work: Teaching the ongoing and growing FRESH START Beginning for yourself via Mindfulness presencing focus in meditation. 

Go to the website. Just the basics are up now and that is fine. Just what you need to begin. 

I will not overload you with all the Theravada teachings from the past 2600 years, that’s not my job. 

That is already out there.  Portlandinsight.org and access to insight.org will do that. My website is to bring basic and introduction of practice to you fellow survivors of brain injury and family and caretakers!

  2. Thanks for the useful info. I appreciate your efforts for gatherin it. Also, here i want to share one thing.
    Recently i found a article that contains useful information about kidney disease and diabetes. They explained about what are the foods we need to avoid with our diet for diabetes control.
